The Shaddai Lifeline Network is a duly registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and Foundation established as a social service outfit with the goals of providing hope and emancipation of the underprivileged and the neglected in the society, through advocacy, education and empowerment.
The Gospel Mandate Global Outreach and Shaddai Lifeline Network were both founded and established through the vision of Rev. Dr. John S. Owoeye who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President on the two organizations.
